Refund Policy
You are eligible for a full refund (minus any transactional expenses) in two cases:
- If you have completed less than 30% of the PENTAGONBRIEF and you are not satisfied with the process (auto-approved).
Check your completion percentage from the progress bar at the top of your PENTAGONBRIEF session. - If you complete the session but we can’t deliver your report due to a technical issue on our side (first, we try to fix it).
Any transactional expenses are deducted from the refund amount, according to Stripe’s Refund Policy. We use Stripe as payment gateway
- Continuous refunds are not accepted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via your Contact Form.
Do not delete your PENTAGONBRIEF account before you receive your refund.
